Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of websites and services operated by Medmate India Technology Private Limited (“Namma MedMate”, “we”, “us”), including the patient ordering experience and the pharmacy partner console.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Who may use the Services

Patients and caregivers may use ordering features in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

Pharmacy partners must be licensed to operate a pharmacy in India and must provide accurate business and compliance information. Partner access may be suspended if credentials or conduct are incomplete or unlawful.

Orders, prescriptions, and medicines

Medicine availability, pricing, and fulfilment times depend on the fulfilling pharmacy, stock, and local conditions. Stated delivery windows (including typical 12–30 minute neighbourhood delivery) are operational targets, not guaranteed service levels in every case.

Prescription medicines require a valid prescription or an approved e-prescription / consult path where offered. You are responsible for providing accurate medical and prescription information.

Namma MedMate coordinates technology and network logistics; medicines are dispensed by licensed pharmacies. We are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Pharmacy console

Pharmacy partners may use the console for inventory, billing, GST-related workflows, online order handling, and related operations as enabled for their account.

Partners remain responsible for statutory compliance, correct GST treatment, Schedule-H and other controlled-medicine controls, and the accuracy of stock and billing data entered into the console.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Do not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other users, upload unlawful content, or use the platform to circumvent pharmacy or controlled-substance regulations.

Fees

Pharmacy console access may be offered free to start, with optional paid plans or network fees as communicated separately. Patient delivery or convenience fees, if any, will be shown before you confirm an order where applicable.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund and cancellation handling depends on order status, medicine type, and the fulfilling pharmacy’s policies, subject to applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Services, branding, software, and content (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by Namma MedMate or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Services as offered — not ownership of the underlying IP.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Namma MedMate is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
